I suggest you to take your motherboard to a repairing store. Do no depends on YouTube videos since they're professional with their filed. You may damage other pins too.

The fault is on your stock pins. I am 100% sure they're broken can you share the image of your CPU try ?

4.1GHz all core is insane when a 3700X is around that too on desktop.

There's already pre installed fan on it.So now you can add 2 front intake, , 2 top exhaust, and leave the rear exhaust where it is.

These cases look breathable chassis and that's what you have to chose. within that budget are out of stock...
