It's clear that there is no connection problem because the disk appears in the BIOS and the Ubuntu installation I have on it functions without a hitch.

Disable Intel RST. Make sure sata controller is set to AHCI.

CPU: E3-1220-V2

I had incredibly disturbing performance when I tried running a userbenchmark or any other benchmark. To be sure the CPU wasn't a fraud, I used the Intel diagnostic program. It finished. I'm currently pondering the potential causes of this.
