Installing the Intel RST driver Take it out (do not install). You might need to install Winrar in order to extract. Locate the F6/VMD subdirectory. Transfer the folder to the Windows installation media. During the install step of Windows, load the driver.

I've previously used a few Revoltek and Xolence fans. While not running at maximum speed, it is not the greatest available, but it is inexpensive and of acceptable quality. They aren't that noisy if you can run them on a controller or just connect them to 7V. Which PWM fans from Revoltek and Xolenc...
