You kid just disable the Bluetooth from the button ( build on your laptop ). Just enable the button and your Bluetooth come back to normal

Its better to upgrade your GPU instead of motherboard.

I am not going with any of these, instead i would chose the b450 due to the features of overlocking potential. I recently overlocked without any researching and comparing. I am happy with it and my PC is working perfect

Its common in most overlocking case. Don't worry just undo it and what's your PC spec with PSU ? I am sorry i don't really know how to undo the Overlocking.
