How to troubleshoot a PC that keeps crashing to a black screen?
I have a prebuilt PC that I bought a year ago. Since then, I have experienced frequent black screen crashes that seem to be related to the GPU or the RAM. I have tried the following steps to fix the issue, but none of them worked permanently:
Replaced the GPU with a new one from the company
Switched the slot of the GPU on the motherboard
Upgraded the RAM with a new module
The
crashes still occur randomly and without any warning. I am very frustrated and I need some professional advice on how to solve this problem. What could be the cause of the black screen crashes and how can I prevent them from happening.

Experiencing frequent black screen crashes can be frustrating. You've already tried several troubleshooting steps, but there are a few more things to consider. Check for overheating, update drivers, stress test your system, verify the power supply, test the RAM, monitor event logs, reset BIOS settings, and if necessary, reinstall or repair the operating system. If the issue persists, consult a professional technician or contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
