Can I have 3 webcams working on one Laptop?

Crazy, but is there any possible way /software that can handle 3 webcams on one Laptop. I need to capture 3 different scenes but broadcast all of them live on split screen. Any ideas?

You can have 3 webcams working on one laptop without the use of any software as long as you have a usb hub connected to your laptop.
