Someone please help a noob here on how to flash bios!

I have seen a recommendation to flash Bios, I have never done it before! Should I use all the files or just a few?

That will depend on your motherboard. Which one is it? You may have to check manufacturer’s website for step by step instructions.

The whole BIOS updating procedure should be treated with extreme caution. If you do not encounter any system instability or bugs with the current BIOS version, I will suggest that you keep it. If you determine to flash BIOS, you are taking a personal risk of BIOS flash failure.
