it could be a background process like Chrome, Discord, or even a bad driver. Try closing unnecessary apps and checking if there’s a Windows update pending.
I'll check. But why does it still drop FPS when the game isn’t even demanding?
Could be VRAM issues too. What GPU do you have?

RTX 3060 Ti,I need to figure this out. It's killing my gaming experience.

if your GPU usage is low while the game stutters, maybe your CPU is bottlenecking or something's throttling.
Try running MSI Afterburner and monitor CPU, GPU, and RAM usage in-game. That should help find the problem.
