Are you connected directly with the modem or through the router ?
The ISP has a specific MAC address logged and it causes things to go insane on the off chance that you change the motherboard

Your probably missing the driver for the motherboard. It is as figured the Ethernet doesn't exist.

you'll have to discover another PC to download the driver and move it to your PC

I download the latest and right driver for my motherboard and my internet is now working
