I'd like to buy a new cooler to overclock my i7 PC. Do you think i should get a water cooling ? or air. Since I7 generates a lot of heat so if a more expensive one is worth buying, I probably will! My budget will be 80 USD and max 100 USD

Without knowing the modle of your case no one can recommend you a cooler. Which case model do you have ?
If you have sufficient room with 150mm in height, then air cooler will be good

The Pro has 7 heat pipes and 2 fans and 2 towers . while other has only 6 pipes with only one fan and one tower

The less expensive NH-U12s should do the job. it cost you only 120 USD
