what is troubleshooting?

My computer isn’t turning on. Any idea what might be wrong? someone just suggest me to do troubleshooting what is that?

have you checked if the power cable is properly plugged in?

Yeah, I did. I even tried a different outlet, but still nothing. i am wondering?

Yeah, I did. I even tried a different outlet, but still nothing. i am wondering?
Alright, let’s check if the power button is working. Do you hear any fans or lights turning on?

No, it's completely dead.
It could be a power supply issue. Do you have another power cable to test with?

It could be a power supply issue. Do you have another power cable to test with?
