My NVMe SSD become hot

I recently bought my new Samsung 870 SSD ( NVMe SSD ) and its become hot. It should at 60°C. but it showing 79°C. Is it harm for the SSD ? or it can burn ?

Don't worry its normal, i got the same temperature too so there's nothing to worry about

Glad to hear i am not alone here who facing it. Can you tell me why it happen ?. I have a friend and he's using the same NVMe but his temperature is normal

Since you're running it under the GPU so it might increase its temperature. It mostly happen when you installed the GPU who consume the heat

Since you're running it under the GPU so it might increase its temperature. It mostly happen when you installed the GPU who consume the heat
Yup its under the GPU but what if i move it to the other slot ?. Its under the second PCIe slot. I am not sure if its works or not.

May i ask which motherboard you're using ? As far as i know most motherboard should have an m.2 slots for graphic cards. I recommend you place it there otherwise its fine to using it with current temperature

Ones is NAND Flash while other is the controller. So its all about the 1st who should be stay under 70°C

Alright guys! i just put my card to the other slots and now its seems look fine. The temperature decreased
