I would appreciate recommendations for inexpensive fans, especially if you have seen few (or none) data-driven assessments of them. any size (between 120 and 200mm) that is common for Computers. Please don't be a server or known POS fan.

There are two primary lines in Arctic. F (low) and P (pressure), with PWM/PST versions. Often, size is a two-digit number, such as F12/P12 (120mm).

There are some good prices on multiples as a set on the first mentioned models, though I haven't used the new model yet and haven't seen stock levels for them (to be) common.

I've previously used a few Revoltek and Xolence fans. While not running at maximum speed, it is not the greatest available, but it is inexpensive and of acceptable quality. They aren't that noisy if you can run them on a controller or just connect them to 7V.

Which PWM fans from Revoltek and Xolence do you think can compete at the low end of the pricing range?
