Chat GPT for web development

I'm a web developer, and I've seen that a lot of people use Chat GPT for web development. I'm thinking about becoming engaged as well. What are your opinions on the matter?
I use it to write responses to applicants who have completed a test assignment. Especially when they perform poorly, which happens around 90% of the time, I give them some tough criticism and remind them to maintain a professional approach. Surprisingly, this approach often results in a polite and constructive response from them, which is quite amusing!
