This look higher than expection, i think you should look into new Cooler fan
Air cooling is fine, so long as you get a capable air cooler.

The 120mm coolers are simply not that much better than the stock cooler and are mostly just a waste of money. I recommend you
Noctua NH-D15

Its just a Overkill, It would better if you installed properly in a well ventilated case i hope this solve the temp issues

I don't think it can overkill 240mm AIO for any intel processor. Running a cooler that is "enough" is not "enough".

You may met the few people who agree that 120mm AIO is sufficient for the intel processor. I personally think that you should go with 120MM AIO and stop using the stock coolers

One of the most important decisions when building your PC, especially if you plan on over clocking, is choosing the right cooler. It’s often a limiting factor to your over clocking potential, especially under sustained loads. Your cooler choice can also make a substantial difference in noise output. So buying a cooler that can handle your CPU’s thermal output/heat, (be it at stock settings or when over clocked) is critical to avoiding throttling and achieving your system’s full potential, while keeping the whole system quiet.
