I have a gaming PC and with CV450 PSU. I wonder if it can support my build. Here's my Spec
Ryzen 5 3600g
2x8 Corsair vengeance ddr4 3000mhz
GTX 780
I heard GTX 780 need PSU with 600w and my PSU often get shuts off in mid gaming. It gets hot and raise up to 60-70C. I clean it everyday and reapplied thermal paste which helps me to decrease the temp. One of my friend told me that my Current PSU isn't support it and make it hot that's why i am getting the random shut down.

Yup GTX required at least 600 so it would better if you get a better PSU with 650w. You can borrowing the working PSU ( 600W and test it no your system

CV450 is barely a step up from the newer as compare to the energy consumed card. This should be avoided. 550W PSU is fine but the 650 can gives you more headroom and I've doubt its a little bot of over kill

I decide to replace my currency GPU with a gtx1050ti. I can't afford the PSU price because its to much expensive in my area so getting a new 550w+ PSU is almost same price as getting new GPU.

i am agree its better to get a new GPU. PSU are really overpriced and expensive
I can give you few tips regards the new GPU
1) GTX 780 consumes 250 W where 1060Ti perform less as compare to 780 also they consume only 75 MAX
2)The 1650 GDDR6 performs about equal to the GTX 780, and is only 75W max.
3)1650 outperforms the 780 and only consume 100W
4) RX 560 is equal to the GTX 780 and 1650 in term or performance. Its cheaper 1050 and cunsume up tp 150W

I am not sure about your CPU but the CV450 PSU can not handle the this GPU. It makes it hoter and shut it down. I suggest you to buy a 650W PSU
