Hello! To connect Alexa to the internet:
- open a browser then go to alexa.amazon.com and sign in
- click Settings > set up a new device and select your device
- put your device in pairing mode and connect to its wifi network
- choose a network and enter your password

Hi! You can try doing this.
- Open "run" and type regedit
- Search for "HKey_Local_Machine/System/Current Control Set/Control/Session Manager/Memory Management"
- Right click on ClearPageFile At Shutdown and put value to "1"
This will clear your virtual memory each time you shutdown your computer
