Ram usage with no program running

Let me guess...it may be the antivirus been active or the computer has an in-built program running underground which can not be stopped

It's most likely that your antivirus is the main cause.

My RAM usage is super high, and I have no programs running. Like 60-70% just sitting idle. Task Manager shows nothing major running. I checked processor, but nothing stands out. Even after restarting, it’s the same.
