Spy App on my Android

I suspect a spy App has been installed on my android, how do i check for this?
How do i monitor so that it doesn't happen?

Does this happen to your phone?

- Abnormally High Data Usage
- Cell Phone Shows Signs of Activity in Standby Mode
- Unexpected Reboot
- Odd Sounds During Calls
- Unexpected Text Messages
- Deteriorating Battery Life
- Increasing Battery Temperature in Idle Mode
- Increased Shut Down Duration
- Difficulty Shutting Down Your Device
- Your Cell Phone is Growing Increasingly Slower

If it does, check if your phone has the following apps:

- Spyera
- TheOneSpy
- FlexiSPY
- mSpy
- Highster Mobile

Uninstall it. Then block unverified applications installation in your settings. it's usually labeled "unknown sources" in your setting so just search it in your settings application and disable it.

That does sound suspicious. First, check your installed apps. Go to Settings > Apps and look for anything unusual. Anything you don’t recognize, especially apps with weird names like "System Update" or "Service." Also, check Device Admin Apps under Settings > Security—spy apps sometimes hide there.
