I’m planning to buy a new monitor, but there are so many options. Any idea what I should look for?

It depends on what you need it for. Are you gaming, working, or just watching videos?

Then you should go for a high refresh rate monitor, like 144Hz or 165Hz. It makes gameplay much smoother compared to a regular 60Hz monitor.

Oh, I’ve heard about refresh rates. What about response time?

That’s important too! Lower response times, like 1ms or 2ms, reduce motion blur and ghosting in fast-paced games.

Got it! And what about resolution?

If you want sharp visuals, go for 1440p or 4K. But remember, higher resolutions need a powerful graphics card.

I have an NVIDIA 3060 Ti, so maybe 1440p is a good choice?

Yeah, 1440p at 144Hz would be perfect for your GPU. Also, check if the monitor has G-Sync or FreeSync to prevent screen tearing.
