Someone please recommends the best budget build below $1300

Black Friday deal or not, I just need a decent build that will run base games, and still decent enough to perform normal computing stuff with ease. I am willing to add something small to get something decent, but the budget should hover around 1300. Please include OS, I need something pre-installed.

Try this. Im not sure about the OS though. Try having it built by a shop. They might be able to install the OS there.
