I am using Thermaltake Versa N26 and fit a fan on his back. i also bought 2 more additional fans and installed on on the front which can suck up air inside. But its still not cool enough. My RTX 3080 still showing high temperatures of 80,C in 4k gaming How do i make this case cooler ?

Well the facts is this case has bad airflow and no matter what you do, his all plastic and improper design leads more heat. I already own this case and i believe the manufacturing tend to have complete hit's or complete misses with case designs.

If you want to resolve the problem just buy a new one

By the way what's your PC spec ?

I found MX330 from from a shop near my area. I have 4 more fans so is it good model if I add the 4 fans?

There's already pre installed fan on it.So now you can add 2 front intake, , 2 top exhaust, and leave the rear exhaust where it is.
