How do i check the model of my Graphics card?

How do i check the specs of the graphics card am using? Plus is there any way of seeing how it is performing when i play different games?

To check the specs of your graphics card, press your windows button then type in "dxdiag". Then click display. Regarding your second question, may i know first what gpu you are using?

Right click on Computer/My Computer/This PC and select manage  to open the computer management  app. Then expand the system Tools, click on device manager , and then expand display adapters on the right-side pane. There you can view the specific model of the graphics card
