underperforming CPU
My CPU was seriously underperforming. Everything was lagging, and my games were running like garbage.my usage was super low, like 20%, but everything was slow., then i checked in the BIOS now my CPU speed is normal. There was some problems with Some motherboards throttle performance if power settings are off.
