I never recommend pc builder to use "liquid cooler", the ALO liquid cooler are under the range of $150-180 and believe me these type of cooler are trash and gives laud noises.

Any aftermarket air cooler under $100 would be good they're much cool and quiet as compare to the sub $100 liquid coolers. even if overclocking its the same.

you can pick any case you need. I don't suggest anything under like $50-70 value range. The $70-90 range cases are best . discover one you like, and search for things like conceivable fan mounts
