Why you want to replace your current motherboard ?. You may not aware but AMD confirmed that B450 has ability to getting a bios update to support Zen 3. If it were i will surly keep the board and just update it.

I understand you're working smart. Anyways if you're still thinking to reaplce then i am go with gigabyte. Compare the three boards, and figure out which one has the features most important to you.

I am not going with any of these, instead i would chose the b450 due to the features of overlocking potential. I recently overlocked without any researching and comparing. I am happy with it and my PC is working perfect

You're thinking wrong don't be fooled by the name, Gaming motherboard has nothing to do with the performance or improvement in FPS.

Its better to upgrade your GPU instead of motherboard.
