May i ask which motherboard you're using ? As far as i know most motherboard should have an m.2 slots for graphic cards. I recommend you place it there otherwise its fine to using it with current temperature

Don't worry its normal, i got the same temperature too so there's nothing to worry about Glad to hear i am not alone here who facing it. Can you tell me why it happen ?. Try not to attempt to utilize a connector.
Purchase another PSU power link which has an Indian fitting on its end. Most PC shops in India should sell them
