Try RAMMap v1.60. Its the best software for viewing the running stuff. Run it when the usage gets really high to see if it can pinpoint what's eating up memory. Its seem like a Task manager and didn't show anything different in the Process explorer. Doesn't show any program using memory. It weird a...

Its just a Overkill, It would better if you installed properly in a well ventilated case i hope this solve the temp issues Does they overkil 240mm AIO Cooler ? I don't think it can overkill 240mm AIO for any intel processor. Running a cooler that is "enough" is not "enough".

I think upgrading the GPU would be beneficial, Which model you're using ? You should take test with your GPU by lower the resolution If your FPS increase, it mean your CPU is powerful and easily handle the better graphic configuration, otherwise you are likely more cpu limited.
