Bluetooth stopped working

Hy i got it. Thank you so much my problem is solved. I wasn't aware that there's a button for enabling/disabling the Bluetooth

hey there, how did you get this error, what type of OS are you using? could you give some more details aside from the error you are getting?

I am getting some problem with my Bluetooth adapter. Its not connecting with my Computer. I check the info from device manager and there's a yellow exclamation point, i clicked on it and got the following error

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

it’s happened to me a few times. Did you try restarting your device? Sometimes that can help reset the connection.
